Employer of Record Services

Employ people in more than 150 countries without setting up a company abroad

Carter Bond’s EOR, employer of record service lets you hire full-time staff in more than 150 countries without the need for a local entity. A new employee can be onboarded in as little as a day. You manage their work, and we handle the local contract, visas, payroll, tax and benefits, with one UK contact and one invoice.

Why use an Employer of Record solution

Opening a company in another country means months of registrations, a local accountant, a lawyer and a bank account before anyone gets paid. For one or two hires, it rarely makes sense. With an employer of record, you do not need to register anything abroad.
