Accountancy services for limited companies

Year-end accounts and corporation tax, filed on time

Carter Bond’s accountancy service covers your annual accounts and corporation tax return, with every deadline tracked from your year end. Our accounts team works from Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth and tells you what’s due well before it’s due.

Companies House and HMRC deadlines

A limited company has two deadlines that catch people out. Accounts are due at Companies House nine months after your year end. The corporation tax return is due at HMRC twelve months after it, and the tax itself is payable sooner. Miss either and the penalties start automatically.

You approve everything before we file it.

Why choose Carter Bond as your accountant

Carter Bond’s accounts team is led by Leah Funnell, an AAT-qualified director (MAAT). Our work starts with payroll, so we see how money moves through a business before it reaches the accounts. If we also run your payroll and bookkeeping, your year-end accounts start from figures we already hold, which means fewer questions in the weeks before a deadline.
