Sales Executive
Base Salary £28,000–£35,000 (DOE) | OTE £40,000+ in Year 1

Carter Bond is a specialist provider of reliable and compliant financial solutions for contractors, recruiters, and growing businesses. As part of a growing group of companies, we’ve expanded to a team of over 55+ professionals delivering expert bookkeeping, Umbrella payroll, CIS accounting, and outsourced payroll services.
We support recruitment agencies and self-employed contractors across the UK, helping them stay compliant and get paid on time.
The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a new business-focused role, where you’ll identify opportunities, build relationships, and win new clients. You’ll promote Carter Bond’s compliant Umbrella, CIS, and outsourced payroll solutions while helping position us as a trusted partner for agencies and contractors nationwide. This role includes face-to-face client meetings, so a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
